Stormy Daniels’ 60 Minutes interview with Anderson Cooper looks to be the CBS newsmag’s best since Steve Kroft’s interview with Barack and Michelle Obama in November 2008, shortly after he was elected president, based on overnights.

That decade-old interview had attracted 24.5 million viewers, with all three segments devoted to the president-elect and his wife.

President Trump took to Twitter after the interview apparently thrilled by the ex-porn actresses performance. “60 Minutes ratings very low and very sad until my girl Stormy appeared to talk about Trump and his spanking.Highest ratings in 10 years. You’re welcome CBS.”, Trump tweeted.

Trump reportedly had to be corrected by aides when he was going to announce that Stormy actually had the highest rating of any American television show since ‘The Apprentice’.

Sunday’s 60 Minutes hit 16.3/27 in the 56 Nielsen metered markets – a big night for Stormy, being way up compared with previous Sunday’s 7.6/13. Back on November 16, 2008, the Obamas’ interview clocked a metered-marked 17.4/26.

Cooper’s taped interview with Daniels will repeat tonight on his CNN primetime show, AC360.

The suspected serial bomber who killed two people and terrorized Austin, Texas, for three harrowing weeks was killed in a dramatic confrontation with police overnight Wednesday, authorities said.

The suspect, identified by police early Wednesday as a 24-year old male, was killed near the motel he was traced to by authorities using surveillance footage from a Federal Express drop-off store and cell phone triangulation technology, according to The Austin American-Statesman.

The man, whose name was not released, died after fleeing the motel in a car, with police hot on his tail. He drove into a ditch, sparking the fatal confrontation.

However, Fox News sources have received word from Alt-Right activist journalists from the news site that the bomber has been identified as one Chris P. Bakhen believed to be from the Pflugerville area.

Bakhen was allegedly a worker for then President Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign and a known Black Lives Matter activist. He was also recently seen at a screening of the movie ‘Black Panther’ where witnesses overheard him shouting “Kill Whitey” during several scenes.

The identity was uncovered by an alt.right journalist and 4chan poster who goes by the handle ‘ChewbaccasHairyTesticles3447’.

The poster told Fox News he uncovered the information when his sister’s, boyfriend’s roommate told him he knew a guy who looked just like that. After scanning Bakhen’s Facebook profile the 4Chan journalists determined it was him.

“Yeah we knew he was the one.” ChewbaccasHairyTesticles3447 told Fox News, “He was saying all kind of nice things about black people and dissing Trump and stuff. He must be a liberal. You know how they are.”

Just after midnight on March 19, a packaged destined for Austin exploded at a FedEx delivery facility in Schertz, some 65 miles south of Austin. That package had been sent from Austin, and police were able to track it to the drop-off store where they obtained surveillance video that tracked them to the suspect.

Since the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, last month, survivors have mobilized the #NeverAgain movement to push for school safety and stronger gun legislation.

Florida school shooting survivor David Hogg uses propaganda tactics usually deployed by the National Rifle Association to call out lawmakers and propose student militias to help police confiscate guns when anti-gun laws are established.

“What if our politicians weren’t the bitch of the NRA?” the High School student asks Fox News Tucker Carlson, “The NRA had militias all over the country. We as Millenials need to start forming our own militias because who wants to live in a country where the only people who are armed are a bunch of racist rednecks who support the killing of children?”

The idea arming of leftist Millenials has been applauded by such groups as Antifa, and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Hogg, who earlier this month said President Donald Trump needed to “listen to the screams of the children” about gun control, goes on to tell Fox News, “If the Baby Boomers will not listen to the screams of their children and grandchildren maybe it’s time they do some of the screaming.”

Hogg claimed Monday on CBS that the National Rifle Association (NRA) has “basically threatened” pro-gun control survivors and is “creating more violence so they can scare more people and sell more guns,” the network’s anchors failed to challenge the student’s incendiary claims. Hogg went on to say, “If the NRA is so keen on letting children buy guns then that’s exactly what we need to do. We need to be able to defend ourselves against the real enemy, that’s the NRA and their psychopath supporters. The people at the top of the NRA are no longer working for the people that are in their organization. They’re working on behalf of the gun lobby.”

Meanwhile, nearly 500,000 people are preparing to march on the nation’s capital this weekend in support of gun control and school safety measures. Many of those marching will be students. The event follows last week’s nationwide walkout, when students from nearly 3,000 schools walked out of their classrooms for 17 minutes in memory of the 17 victims.

President Donald Trump is ready to oust Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster and find a new national security adviser before the North Korea meetings in May, multiple sources told Fox News Thursday. On Tuesday, the President fired Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and told reporters at the White House he was near having his ideal team.

Fox News has learned from White House sourced the President has chosen film actor, reality show star and God-fearing patriot R. Lee Ermey to replace McMasters.

A talented character actor known for his military roles, Ronald Lee Ermey was in the United States Marine Corps for 11 years. He rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant, and later was bestowed the honorary rank of Gunnery Sergeant by the Marine Corps, after he served 14 months in Vietnam and later did two tours in Okinawa, Japan. Remy is best known for his role as Gunnery Sergeant Hartman in Full Metal Jacket, which earned him a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. he has also hosted several reality shows including GunnyTime with R. Lee Ermey.

“I’m really at a point where we’re getting very close to having the Cabinet and other things that I want,” Trump told reporters,”we are looking at a lot of guys, all the best guys. I know Lee Ermey, I’ve learned a lot from his movies and shows. Did you see him in Full Metal Jacket? Great movie. He didn’t take any guff off that weird guy in his platoon and he won’t take any guff off the Chinese I can tell you.”

Trump went on to say Ermey’s history of playing a “bad ass” on TV would translate well into his vision of National Security.

“I am very honored by this nomination from a great man.”, Ermey told Fox News’ Sean Hannity, “It’s my firm conviction that when Uncle Sam calls, by God we go, and we do the best that we can. I can tell you this, all the foreign countries like China, and France, and Oookie OookieStan won’t be pushing American around anymore. No sir. They try any funny business with me I’ll go right up to their President and ask them what is your major malfunction snowflake?

Sources with knowledge of McMaster’s standing in the White House have repeatedly said that he has been on thin ice for months. The change could be officially announced as early as next week.
