A group of Muslim Islamic militants, operating out of Pakistan, has called for attacks on non Muslims in the United States in retaliation for what they refer to as 'racist infidel Halloween costumes'.

Islamic and Terrorist themed costumes have been very popular in the U.S. and Great Britain over the past few years.

The head of the little-known Ansar al-zheet mahdrwrs fi’Bilad al-be-Hind urged Muslims to kill foreigners and other infidels in mainly western countries where Muslims have largely stayed away from celebrating Halloween and Christmas.

"If you are in the fortunate position to kill an American or European, whether French or Australian or Canadian, or other unbelievers who have declared war on the Islamic State by dressing as we do, then do so," said Maulana Abdul Rehman al-Nadwi al-Hindi in a 30-minute video posted online last week.

FBI security analysts said that Maulana Abdul Rehman is a pseudonym for fugitive jihadist Sultan Abdul Kadir Armar, a former resident of southern India who attended an Islamist seminary before going to Pakistan.

"Kill the Halloween candy beggars wherever you find them ... shoot them if you can, stab them, throw stones at their heads, poison them, run them over, burn their fields, pot bags of dog feces on their doorstep - and if you are unable ... spit in their faces," al-Hindi said, referring to Trick-Or-Treaters.

Pamela Geller, executive director of the American Freedom Defense Initiative, told Fox News that "we should be doing Halloween every month."

"We absolutely must have other events like this to stand up for free speech...," Geller said. "I will not abridge my freedoms so as not to offend savages.I like my Sexy Arab Girl costume and will not go to a party dressed as a damn pirate wench just so I won't offend anybody."

President Obama is set to sign en executive order banning Muslim-themed costumes at any Federal Halloween party.

"It is important that we keep our children safe from extremists and respect the cultural diversity of our Muslim brothers.",Obama said,"If the Muslims don't like Halloween and Christmas,we have to respect that."

Major chain stores including Wal-Mart and Target have announced they will not be offering Muslim-themed costumes this season out of safety concerns.
